Wow... I very much love your comment, because I get all giddy when people tell me what they liked in detail, and these are my Fav scenes anyway.
I'm so excited that all of you enjoyed the twist at the end, that was an evil mega scheme *giggles* Sam and Dean are quite a pair, eh? You can let your own imagination in on that one. And Cas... I love the thought of him making it on earth somehow, it just fits.
