You really raise some deep interesting questions. And now my mind is even more blown by this ep. I can't wait to see if they go the easy route and make it "PTSD" or Multiple Personalities...or if they make it more supernatural. I wonder if fixing this wouldn't be easier if it was something they could exorcise. Or if Sam could just adopt Lucifer on his shoulder for research tips.
