A/N: So... there we are, this is the first spn_reversebang that I have submitted not a vid, but a 2D art piece to, which just so happens be the first manip piece I've ever done. I'm very proud of it and it's spawned a very surprising, but delightful idea from tekuates that I can't wait for you to experience. I'm not new to fandom, I've read and written fanfiction for more than a decade now, but strangely enough I was never really a FAN until a few years ago when I discovered Supernatural and the incredible community that is attached to that notorious name. Now I'm truly a part of fandom in many ways, found friends, brought them with me, found acceptance and knowledge and kindness and the realization that it's not restricted to a certain type of person, but it can shape your character a lot. This Ode To Fandom is not only very spot on, but it also hits me very deeply at this moment when I'm about to break down my physical life to a couple of suitcases and an empty room, setting out to a great adventure, but leaving family and friends behind. It gives me strength to know that no matter where I end up, and how, all I need is a wireless signal and you people are not going to be anywhere but here. So, read this and find yourself in it. I did.

'Smallville' and 'Supernatural' postponed: Mid-season premieres pushed back one week


The CW announced on Thursday afternoon that the expected Friday, Jan. 28 mid-season premieres of "Smallville" and "Supernatural" will be postponed for one week to air Friday, Feb. 4 instead. On Jan. 28, re-runs of "The Vampire Diaries" and "Nikita" will air in the 8 p.m. EST and 9 p.m. EST slots.
