'Smallville' and 'Supernatural' postponed: Mid-season premieres pushed back one week


The CW announced on Thursday afternoon that the expected Friday, Jan. 28 mid-season premieres of "Smallville" and "Supernatural" will be postponed for one week to air Friday, Feb. 4 instead. On Jan. 28, re-runs of "The Vampire Diaries" and "Nikita" will air in the 8 p.m. EST and 9 p.m. EST slots.

Personally? I'm so fricking furious right now, I don't even feel it. I think it's going to sink in and then burst open in the next couple of hours. THEY got that IDEA ONE FRICKING DAY BEFORE? Are they serious?

obviously Smallville ep had the shooting of a governor in it, so they probably thought it was a bad idea what with that incident last week (or 2 weeks ago?) and since the shows are paired they are being dicks...
but that thing happened over a WEEK AGO! why today? *suffering sigh* So much for my relaxing saturday morning watch :(

AH... WELL why didn't they just fucking SAY SO! Ya know, you don't even have to spoiler completely, just say that real events of the recent time have made it intolerable to show the ep without a little distance and bladibla. I'd have understood that more than then half-ass lame excuse. plus THEY COULD HAVE SAID THAT EARLIER THAN HALF A DAY.
